Kalpavriksham Trust, in collaboration with Privaram Cancer Hospital, conducted a Cancer Awareness Talk at Kollumedu Village, Thiruvallur.
The session educated around 24 participants on the importance of mammogram and Pap smear tests, emphasizing their crucial role in the early detection of breast and cervical cancers.The speaker provided a clear and detailed explanation of the procedures, benefits, and the significance of undergoing regular screenings. Participants were encouraged to adopt proactive health practices and prioritize preventive care.This initiative aimed to empower the community with knowledge, promote timely health screenings, and support informed decision-making for long-term well-being. Through such awareness programs, Kalpavriksham Trust continues to strengthen its mission of fostering healthier and more informed communities.
